The best way to describe this colt is “what an absolute gentleman”. For an 17 month colt, his temperament and behavior is nothing short of remarkable. This phenomenal temperament he has definitely inherited from his sire, Justus de Jeu (who was imported to SA), who is the son of none other than the World’s No. 1 ranked dressage sire, Johnson. For his age, he is very well put together and already looks like a little horse, unlike most 18 month Warmbloods, who are very gangly and “out of proportion”. As far as size goes, he seems to be throwing back to his damsire, Fitch, and looks like he is going to be rather tall. He has Impeccable blood on both dam and sire lines, and with 3 lovely paces, we expect him to go on to being a top dressage prospect. This boy has justifiably, already been snapped up by Chanel Jacobs.
